Overview
We provide a single refund window:

“Consumption” includes booking or attending a coaching or mock-interview slot, submitting a document for review, or joining a live webinar—even if the purchaser fails to attend or view the recording.
Individual licenses are single-user only. Detecting simultaneous log-ins from multiple IP addresses or other evidence of sharing will trigger immediate termination without refund. SpeakEasy Consulting LLC may seek further remedies under its Terms of Service.
Refunds
Email support@speakeasy-consulting.com with subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
Include the full name and email used at checkout.
We will review internal usage logs to confirm eligibility and reply within ten to fifteen (10–15) business days with an approval or denial.
No additional form, declaration, or justification is required beyond the email request; eligibility is determined solely by consumption status and the calendar deadline.
Sales products will be refunded for the acquisition price.
Verification of Non-Consumption
SpeakEasy Consulting LLC will verify non-use by checking:
- Coaching-calendar bookings and attendance logs
- Document-review ticket submissions
- Webinar attendee reports and replay views
- Login metadata consistent with the purchaser’s account
Where usage data indicates consumption, the refund request will be denied.
Processing of Approved Refunds
Payment platform: All transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc.
Processing time: Once approved, we initiate the refund within two (2) business days. Stripe generally credits the original payment method within 5–10 business days; exact timing is bank-dependent.
Currency: Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars only. Currency-exchange variations or foreign-transaction fees charged by the purchaser’s bank are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Chargebacks
Initiating a credit-card chargeback without first following the procedure in §3 constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend course access immediately; and
- Assess an administrative fee of up to US $35 to cover chargeback costs.
Restoration of access, if offered, is contingent on the purchaser reversing the chargeback and paying the fee.
Amendments
We may amend this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and will not alter refund rights accrued under the version in effect at the time of purchase.
